》Integral-body high-frequency switch change-over: power apparatus adopt fifth generation IGBT, to use the strong point of the low loss under a high frequency switch work form, for fulfilling the sine pulse width modulation (SPWM) alteration; and to assemble the IGBT driving with the protective circuit to become a single phase counter-variant unit module, to enable the power source to be of characteristics of small volume, high frequency and high reliability.
》The three-phase control three-phase power source adopts output independent control and centralized monitoring plan, the main circuit and control circuit are designed in compliance with the three sets of independent single phase power sources, which not only has three sets of totally identical single phase converters, but also has three sets of totally identical regulators, to enable each group of the three-phase power source to be usable, and the power source may be used for any unbalanced load.
》Intellectual monitoring: the one-chip computer is adopted to fulfill the intellectual monitoring of the power source, the power source work form is of flexible regulation and control, the line feed parameter and work status are clear at a glance, and there is a defect self-diagnosis function, to enhance the maintainability. There are two control modes of local/distance controls, and it is possible to compose an automatic monitoring system through PC computer program control by selecting a telecom interface.
》Standardized modular design: the power circuit and control circuit adopt modular or component (plug-in unit) construction, identical modules may be inter-exchanged, which enhanced the reliability and maintainability in use. The total machine adopts 19 standard cabinet structure (machine model for 10KVA and below), use of its single or being assembled on framework is possible alike.
