Bi-directional sine wave inverter/charger
Ezysync is a new generation bi-directional inverter/charger with a number of exciting and important new features. Unlike conventional inverter/chargers, ezysync is light to handle and cost effective to ship and install.
> asynchronous input accepting power sources with varying voltage and frequency
> self synchronising output
> very high power to weight and power to size ratio
> robust PCB design with no off board semiconductors
> low phosphometric noise on battery and low emr
> high isolation between the battery and supply
> reverse polarity protection on battery terminals
> operates up to 60 deg c ambient
Specification
> fully bi-directional design
> inverter rating
3.5 kw @ 40 deg c continuous rating
4.5 kw @ 40 deg c 10 minute rating
6 kw @ 40 deg c 10/30 second rating
Auto de-rating for operation up to 60 deg c ambient temperatures
> built in 60 amp unity power factor rectifier for 48 vdc battery
> self synchronising output
Able to import and export power
Able to transfer DC energy back into the grid (the unit is fully bi-directional)
Regardless of the generation input quality a stable and conditioned voltage and frequency can be taken from the self synchronising output
> asynchronous input
Synchronisation not required with a generation source when battery charging which allows utilisation of very poor quality generation sources of any voltage and frequency
Operates from AC inputs as low as 100v rms
Operates from frequencies 400 hz down to DC
> 92%-94% efficiency
> robust PCB design with minimal off board components
> high frequency double conversion technology
> high isolation between the battery and supply
> filtered DC input socket for battery connection
> non volatile data logging via rs 232 (load kwh, since start up, event log including overloads and over temperature)
> LED display showing overload, battery high/low, over temp, charging, reverse polarity
> overload protection on inverter
> reverse polarity protection on battery terminals
> rack mounted version available (3.5 to 7kw occupies 3 rack units)
> dimensions:320 x 220 x 54 (l x w x h)
> weight < 8 KG
Loads
The inverter is specifically designed to support:
> non linear AC loads such as computers and microwave ovens
> washing machines and compressors with high starting loads
> loads with requirements for low emr and high system isolation
> loads with requirements for low noise on batteries
Applications
> telecom sites
High energy density (3.5 & 7kw per 3 rack units)
Low phosphometric noise on battery
High reliability n+1 configuration
> uninterruptible power supply (ups)
> power conditioner
> frequency converter
> renewable (solar/wind) hybrid systems
> fuel cell systems |
