Integral press-resistance solar water heater system principle:
1. The heat collector incorporates the fourth generation solar heat collector - heat
pipe type vacuum tube solar heat collector to converse the sunlight into heat
energy
2. When the temperature TC of the temperature detector of the heat collector is higher
than a set value of the water tank exit temperature TR of the circulation
loop, the circulation pump will be started up by the controller
3. The circulation loop can make the working media circulate in the circulation loop
4. The heat in the solar heat collector will be transferred to the heat accumulation
water tank via heat exchanger
5. Once the temperature difference being lower than a set value, the circulation
pump will stop working
6. When the water temperature TR in the water tank reaches the maximum set value,
the controller will shut the circulation pump down
7. The electrical assistant heater of the water tank can maintain the upper water
temperature at the set value automatically |
